Great Experience

The dispatcher was very helpful with. He actually lost towing me because he helped me figure out my ignition problem on my caravan. Sometimes it is not all about the money just honest customer service.

Talked to sean and he was very helpful with making this an easy process so it didn't slow me down on my day the driver called and let me know vehicle was picked up in the eta of an hour given. I would suggest them to anyone needing quality customer service.

Best towing in town!

I was broken down at school way out side of Marietta and they came and got me like it was nothing. They have great attitudes and really care about the people that they help. It has always been a pleasure to deal with them. Hopefully I wont need them for a while, but when I do, they will be who I call.

Hands down THE BEST towing company!

Hands down THE BEST towing company around. I've also used Falcon Towing a half dozen times over the last few years. They always are fair, on time and are super professional. My driver today actually recognized me and we chatted for a bit. At a time when repair bills are looming on the horizon, it's nice to have a helpful and cheerful person to ease the pain of getting a vehicle to the repair shop. A+++
